Fine Dining

Our Executive Chef
Tammy Ueligger has been preparing meals for NWMO for several years and for many clients. She is the most often remembered among all the staff. Her dinners are designed with hunters in mind; that is, they are hearty, varietal, flavorful and just down right great home style cookin' with an International touch! She and her assistants always enjoy meeting new folks in camp and listening to their stories, kind of like family. If you have special requests, just let us know when you book your trip and we shall do our best to accommodate your need. So far, we are not aware of anyone leaving camp that had actually "lost weight"!
Breakfast
A hot breakfast comes early in the day with the aroma of freshly brewed and unlimited coffee. Cody and your guides may serve eggs with breakfast meats, biscuits with sausage gravy, pancakes, waffles, potatoes, pastries, milk and juices etc. If it's only cereal you want, just name your brand. At NWMO hot breakfast does not mean Little Debbie Honey Buns microwaved for 30 seconds.

Lunch
Our hunters while on their own for this meal, NWMO supplies refrigerators/freezers at each of its lodges for personal food or adult beverage storage. Packed lunches are a must when in the deer stand all day. For those not hunting (tagged out perhaps) or our spring turkey guests, there are several restaurants a short distance away.

Dinner
Our owner and head guide Cody is a master on the grill or smoker. Nothing to complain about here and Tammy enjoys his help with the entree's from time to time. In the evening, there's no telling what meats or vegatables will be under the grill hood, in the oven, or on the stove top. We typically start with delicious appetizers before serving "all you can eat" main courses.

Menus
Ms. Tammy's menu board changes daily and allows hunters to know what's coming at the end of a long day in the outdoors.
